Keep environmental flavor separate
The official reveal uses fictional advertising and customer stories to describe the town. Those passages are world-building, not a verified inventory table or an assurance that a phone behaves a particular way in every mode. Learn where a place is, then report what you actually observe there in your match.
Coordinate searches without duplicate trips
When somebody finishes checking a location, say what is still needed and whether anything relevant remains there. A simple checked / not checked note can prevent a second person from repeating the same search. These are team notes, not permanent claims that the location is empty in future rounds.
